How is Clinic Aid Licensed?
Clinic Aid is purchased as a site license. There needs to be one license per building accessing the software.

How many students does Clinic Aid support?
Clinic Aid is designed to support an unlimited number of students.

Does Clinic Aid work on PDAs?
Clinic Aid is designed as a web application and will work through the PDAs web browser. Clinic Aid will work on PCs, Apple/Mac, PDAs as well as the iPhone.

Is Clinic Aid HIPAA and FERPA compliant?
The Clinic Aid software meets all HIPAA(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) and FERPA(Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Regulations). HIPAA and FERPA compliance is met through many levels of security and auditing within the software program. Access to a student record is secured by only authorizing the appropriate personnel within your system to access the records. In addition, the user accounts are maintained by a system administrator and can be assigned to a variety of security levels, permitting them to only see information at the location they are assigned.

What is your return policy?
We strongly recommend that everyone try our demo before purchasing. However, if you make a purchase and choose to return the software, you will have 60 days from the invoice date to return the product.
